  • Cycling 10 miles per hour or slower

  • Tennis (Doubles)

  • Hiking flat land

  • Mowing lawn

  • Yoga

  • Carrying groceries

  • Jumping on trampoline

75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity

  • Running

  • Swimming laps

  • Heavy yard work (Ex. continuous digging)

  • Cycling 10 miles per hour or faster

  • Jump rope

  • Tennis (Singles)

  • Hiking uphill

  • Sports: Racquetball, basketball, etc.

  • Hot yoga with weights

  • Martial arts
